Integrative health and wellness coaching is a whole-person approach and a true partnership for growth and change. It offers a supportive framework for clients to clarify their goals, explore what truly matters, and create a step-by-step plan for success. As your integrative coach, I help you move past mental and emotional barriers so you can take consistent action and make meaningful changes in your life.

I believe you already hold the answers within you. My role is to help you uncover your own insights and strengths with the support, guidance, and accountability to move confidently toward the life you envision. Together, we create the conditions for real, sustainable change that feels aligned, grounded, and deeply your own. My approach blends the Duke Health Wheel of Health, evidence-based neuroscience, mindfulness, self-compassion, and mind-body awareness to support genuine transformation.

With a warm, reflective, and empowering style, I help clients shift from stress or self-doubt into clarity, vitality, deeper self-trust, and a renewed sense of purpose. Whether you’re navigating a transition, recovering from depletion, or seeking greater fulfillment, integrative coaching helps you reconnect with alignment, energy, and ease—creating a life that feels meaningful and authentically yours.

10th Step Inventory Workbook

If you’re exploring how the 12-step principles might support your own inner work, you may find the 10th Step Inventory Workbook helpful. It’s a simple, compassionate tool drawn from my personal recovery practice, grounded in OA/AA literature. I offer this freely as an act of service. You’re always welcome to use it — and to reach out if you’d like gentle guidance as you move through the process.

Affirmation Booklet

I’ve used affirmations in nearly every area of my life — the same domains reflected in the Wheel of Health. Whether it’s movement and nutrition, relationships and communication, emotional balance, or spiritual growth, affirmations have helped me stay grounded in what’s true and possible. They remind me that mindset is a form of self-care and that the language we choose can shift our experience in profound ways. Over the years, this practice has helped me strengthen trust, compassion, and alignment within myself — qualities I now share through my coaching and resources, including the Affirmation Booklet.

Testimonials

When I started coaching sessions with Jennifer, I was not sure what to expect from the experience, yet I was optimistic nonetheless; and as serendipity would have it, I was encouraged by a friend to take part in coaching right as I was moving into a new house to begin a new life with my future husband. From the first time I spoke with Jennifer I could tell she was a kind, compassionate and empathetic individual, eager to help others. Needless to say, I was still a little timid at first, but my very gifted coach helped me gain confidence and self-assurance during a time when I would otherwise have been scared out of my wits!

Initially, I wasn't sure which direction to head in with our sessions, but Jennifer, who is quick to listen and slow to speak, was always encouraging, wise and helpful in uncovering the goals I wanted and needed to set in everyday life. The Duke Integrative Medicine approach merges small, manageable goals centered around the desires for growth that clients might have in their personal and professional lives (plus, it allows clients to make use of handy tools which they provide in order to center in on these goals). This is exactly what I needed, yet could never put my finger on. However, with Duke's helpful tools along with Jennifer's help in our coaching sessions, I was able to articulate the areas in my life that needed improvement. During our talks, we both noticed my attitude and approach evolve from sheepish and self-conscious to joyful and energetic; and I attribute the successes all to Jennifer and her encouraging and achievable approach to goal setting. Thanks to these coaching sessions with Jennifer, I feel ready and eager to successfully and joyfully usher in this new chapter of life.
