7-Session Coaching Package

Service Description

Individual coaching sessions are 60-minutes. Sessions over one hour are billed in 15-minute increments giving you the flexibility to meet your individual needs at your own pace.  ​ Choose the session format that works best for you: in person, by phone, or via video.
